i'm sure most people are interested, but the people who pay the money are those who get to be involved. For sure. Just because I'm not a big fan of money and music being bed fellows doesn't mean I don't respect 'put your money where your mouth is' I guess what I meant to ask/implied was once the cd...

Gush (how great is that songfighter?) thread

Erm, it's probably here somewhere but I can't find the 'gush over a songfighter' thread, so I'll start one, and if someone has already started it, I'll delete... Been listening back and really digging King Arthur's stuff recently. So many cracking songs! How hilarious is his 'Lavender Splendor'? Ans...

Haven't heard all of these yet (bad johnny :( ) but how great is Octothorpe's? I love it! Excellent excellent stuff. Great drum & recorder parts. Cool vocal performance. it's got a feel of Swell Maps about it to me (although tonetripper's butthole surfer's comparision might be more apt.) Anyway ...

Dollar Bill & the Inkpoints make their return to 'Chaos vs Order'. I would like to announce that I am aware that I mispronounce 'Akron' at least twice during the song. I think it's how it should be pronounced :)

Basically the old "Hxaro" thread was taken over as a place to stick covers done for just the heck of it, eh? That's fine, and now this sort of thing has its own forum, so quit bitching at the admin for being a little stressed and testy. yeah, apologies for that. I was a bit tetchy first t...

Hey,at last a film we brits saw six months before you lot, rather than vice versa. Simon Pegg is a genius, and this is a gerat film. Not rotl but clever. Wry. Sweet idea, Blue. Can I just confirm that once people get their CDs, they can do whatever they like with them - give them away, sell them on, make coffe mats out of them? If so, I won't be doing it myself because I'm not into money being made out of my music, but it's a really good idea.
