Man do I want to do this. I always love the products of GoM. I can easily get hold of a very nice electric guitar. I have an acoustic guitar, bass, and cello and 2 trumpeters, one saxophonist, and one violinist one hand if I ever were to want one. There's a computer in a more convenient place to rec...

I haven't been around so much lately, but I just felt like saying Roymond and Jute Gyte are amazing. Also, Luke Henley has a ton of potential. I'd like to hear him with an actual band on Songfight some day.

Am I the only one who actually enjoys Coldplay? I quite like "A Rush of Blood to the Head." Although the new album doesn't seem to be quite as good. I saw them perform a song off of "X and Y" on SNL and it made me cringe. So either they completely suck live or it's a bad song, an...

I'm not quite sure what the big deal about the Decemberists is. They're mediocre and boring in my opinion. I have "Castaways and Cutouts" and "Her Majesty" and found both very average. I'm told "Picaresque" is much better, so I might have to check that out. But I just d...

Currently grooving to a new find, Medeski Martin & Wood - End of the World Party . Groovy kitchpop/jazz kind of thing...no vocals yet..just grooves. Nice. That is definitely a good album. I prefer The Dropper and especially Uninvisible over that. Though "Anonymous Skulls" is a fantast...

Girls playing cello is awesome. That's just a general observation. Roymond, I completely agree with that statement. However I'm not a girl, so right now I'm laughing very, very hard. This is especially funny because this is not the first time someone on Songfight was almost convinced I was a girl. ...

Cancelled plans=reviews. Bad for me, good for you! * indicates a keeper Boltoph*: This is very clean sounding like all of your stuff. Like previous Boltoph, quiet verses, followed by a rocking chorus. The chorus is the real gem of this song. The guitar freak out is very cool, but I see where Sven is...

System of a Down are the fucking bomb. I can't wait for this album to hit the streets. I hope it makes them rich. Very very very very very good. Guitar sounds are so....System. They have a penchant for using this almost uncomfortable midrange crunch that conveys power really well. But it isn't pret...

I am a cellist and so when people don't know what to get me for presents, I often am given Yo Yo Ma albums. Yo Yo Ma is a very good cellist, but he doesn't quite do it for me like some other cellists. I do however applaud his versitility to Tango and Appalachian music, etc. And his latest album is a...

Haha, true. I meant, that particular style of high energy, sort of retro soudning alt rock? I'm no good at classifying music.
