Jonathan Coulton’s ‘Some Guys’ LP and panel

Post by BoffoYux » Tue Apr 09, 2019 7:16 pm

One of my favorite things on the JoCo Cruise this year was the deconstruction of songs on the new Coulton LP, which are covers of soft rock classics done note for note and the breakdown of how they did it. Jim Boggia interviewed Jonathan and producer Christian Cassan and played samples that blew my mind in spots.

Their reconstruction of how dicky The Eagles were to each other in the studio through the song construction was amazing.
