Finally watched this. Very nice. And JB was very cool. I was happy to see SF talked about so casually, like everyone in nerddom knows what it is. I have to bring it back to the library because someone else has it on hold now.

I saw MCFrontalot in Ann Arbor this summer and was really impressed with the energy of the show. A true performer.

We finally watched this last night, on Netflix instant streaming. It was pretty entertaining. I was surprised how many of the songs in it were from Song Fight! until I remembered that it was made several years and a couple albums ago. I didn't expect to see Jon Eric in it, that was cool. The acoustic "Yellow Lasers" in JB's living room was really great. It must have been pretty crazy going from the tour where it looked like the average crowd was definitely <50 to PAX where the crowd was more like 7500. We tried to go see MCF on the spur of the moment in San Francisco a tour or two ago but the show was sold out and we couldn't get in! That was a pretty funny experience. Anyway, check out the film, it's fun, and it's nice to see a fighter start out on the path to full time rockstardom.

That's actually the first confirmation I've received that I'm actually in the thing. I know I was in the trailer, but these things don't always make the final cut... :)

It was a fun interview... especially because I had only just gotten back from a six-month stay in Central America, about a five days prior. Didn't know I was going to be interviewed, but when I introduced myself to Front, he insisted.

I still haven't seen the movie yet, myself. I guess I should get on that!
