It would probably be good if there was a mailto link for this in the first post for each round, along with something to explain the naming convention for files (kingarthur_ne3_sleepwalking.mp3 or whatever).
And I don't know if gmail lets you set up an autoresponder that just says "we got your email" (I like the message on the songfight autoresponder), but that would probably be useful, too.
