Jonathan Mann is going to kick it up a notch with his song-a-day routine. For the month of June he'll be doing a fully produced studio version of every song with the help of Thomas Hughes (aka Carol Cleveland Sings, and of the Spinto Band), Nick Krill (also of the Spinto Band), and many more. The top ten songs from this project will be compiled for an album to be released when Jonathan hits song-a-day #1000(!) in September. The project kicks officially on Wednesday at 12PM (noon) Pacific time.

I've been in two of the songs so far - I played cello on 'Memorial Day' (which was their dry-run song before the project officially kicked off) and violin on 'Sweaty Girlfriend,' yesterday's shindig. I'll also probably be on a couple more songs coming up soon. Yay!
