Some other way. Apparently only a certain percentage of invites actually make it to the invitee. Or it's just broken every now and again.

More accurately, it's just broken all of the time, and only fixed every now and again.

This is partially by design, but I wish they were a little bit more transparent about it.

I've had access to invite people for almost 24 hours straight. Let me know if you're not on Google+ yet and would like to be.

You need someone on the inside to have your email address (I don't have your email address).

On the other hand I might not be there for long anyway.

There are people in this world who are better known by fake names than their real ones. Google needs to fix that.

As for my e-mail, it's a gmail. niveous{dot}devilchild

I am no longer on Google+. I have of course appealed the decision but I already know what the answer will be: "use your real name or don't use it at all"

Yeah, they have to deal with that. It's such a great platform in many ways, and has its drawbacks. That sucks.

Just tell them you changed your legal name to get out of a bad record company contract.

I suspect that you could point to this forum as proof that people know you by that name. But you don't seem motivated enough to fight it, so whatever. Sad to see it happen to you, fluffy.

I actually did point to songfight.org in my appeal, as well as beesbuzz.biz and a few other sites where I'm known solely as 'fluffy.' Maybe I could have also pointed to the animations and games I've worked on where I've been credited as "fluffy", but whatever.
