My favorite has got to be Tales of Brave Ulysses because it has that great Clapton wah-wah sound, 60s psychedelic feel, and is literally lyrically epic.

Easy, "World of Pain"... although it wasn't written by them.

I wanna pick that one, for the same reasons you list...

But I keep coming back to "I Feel Free."

I like their folky Led Zeppelin like song:

As You Said

I like all the Cream stuff, some of the Eric Clapton solo stuff, but my favorite EC by far is the Derek and the Dominoes studio and live albums.
Phillipso, Older Brothers, Semolina Pilchards, Zipline , Thank Glennny for the Frisbee, The Odoriferous Valley, The Worldly Self Assurance, Berkeley Social Scene, Very Gentle Knives, Daddy Bop Swing Set, GUNS, The Kraken Lives, Cavedwellers

White Room.

For this cover if nothing else

and also because Jack Bruce is, now, sadly, a bass legend.

Honorable mention to Badge and White Room.

I've gotta go with the classic. My favorite is Sunshine Of Your Love.
