Hey guys, I'm not here to take a song, I just wanted to chime in because I'm reading this thread for the 1st time and I want to send my prayers his way for a speedy and miraculous recovery. <3

When I said I'd do Straw Man I had forgotten that I'd been listening to Elegy for Industry on another device, which I also really dig. I'll not change my roster right now though

I hope I'll have the time and wrist-ability to work on mine this weekend. :( After transcribing the lyrics to 'it's a shame' it seems to be a perfectly unfortunately-prophetic song for all this.

I'd totally like to cover "Unless I Change My Mind" and hope to have enough time to record it.

Shane has been moved out of the ICU! He is now in a regular room at the hospital and is progressing daily. The first steps of physical therapy will now begin, and we remain optimistic as to his recovery, though the extent of that recovery isn't yet clear.

My fucking wrists fucking suck. :( I will try my hardest to get something done but I can guarantee it won't be up to my standards. (Which is a pretty low bar!)

(Seriously though I'm in a lot of pain and even typing this is hard.)

I may try to throw something together tomorrow. I've been out of town for a week and already have a bunch of plans today though so I can't get it done today.

Was this ever determined? Jerkatorium is more or less on track to have our submission ready today, do we email the mp3 somewhere or post a link to SoundCloud or what?

If it's going to be in soundcloud, can those of us on soundcloud just post our tracks there and then have you add them to the playlist? (I'm not sure if soundcloud lets you do that)

EDIT: Looks like no, you can't make a playlist with other users' posts, or if you can I can't figure out how. Oh well!

EDIT2: Wait yes you can, you just click the "add to playlist" button from the other user's profile. But no big deal.

EDIT3: Also oh man everything in here is so amazing. I can't even say which one's my favorite because they're all so good, but for different reasons. I can't wait to hear how Shane responds - especially if he can post it here himself!
