Sidefight archive usage is ... a bit of a problem at the moment. Probably best to self host for now and maybe we can figure something out on songfight.(org/net) later.

You could also post the files as attachments to the forum. We don't have any space limit or anything.

Ah. You can set a phpBB poll to allow multiple selections and you can also have it automatically close at a certain time. There's no way to hide the results until the poll closes though.
There's also a bunch of free online poll/voting things online, like
