My husband and I watched this last night and were pretty entertained, despite it being objectively terrible... totally formulaic and over-the-top ridiculous.

He had some complaints about the casting of Mick Mars (too attractive) and Vince Neil (not attractive enough)--I agreed on the former, thought the latter was fine. I don't care about Motley Crue's music in the slightest, but he was a fan as a teenager and said if they didn't have the actual Vince Neil doing the songs in the movie, they managed to find an incredible sound-alike.

If you watch it, make sure you stick around for the credits with the side-by-side shot comparisons with reference photos/footage.

I found myself really enjoying this movie. Sure, there are some inaccuracies. They play around with the timeline a bit and they revise history when it comes to the Corabi years but all in all, it's a good little flick. I was surprised at how much I liked the casting.
