I would love to come again

But no. Can’t do USA again.

Until you fuck the guns off. That place is seriously sick.

It looks like Fawmstock is August 18-20 in Ocean Park, WA. If a PNW songfight live happens the weekend before or after that then our plans could line up perfectly. We'll be trying to solidify plans as soon as something becomes definite.

I suggest we do an IRL live fight. It gets recorded on video. At a later date we do the online "live fight", we broadcast some or all of the IRL show plus new videos and "live" videos from elsewhere. Basically we should do both, and at different times.

I think the odds of me making this happen in Bend this summer are low and getting lower. If anybody else wants to have a go at it, please go for it. To be frank though I don't know how widespread the interest really is in an in-person event. I've been trying to gauge interest in hosting from three folks who seemed to me to be most likely to pull it off and one is decidedly not interested and the two others are not responsive. Maybe we just let it go for this year and go online only? And maybe SFL IRL is just a thing of the past at this point?

Hey, let's not write a premature obituary!

...says the guy who's never been to a single songfight live and has neither the ability to host or travel to one.
