This silence... Seems everyone's busy.

I'm in. My first trip into kind of easy listening stuff.
I should have mixed it the other day with fresh ears, but okay...

I wrote a lyric last night.. not necessarily a good lyric, but a lyric. I have family gatherings and sporting events to attend but might try to dash out something late if I get an hour or two to myself.

Been working on something for this, but probably won't get it done in time. Would be my first Song Fight entry in about two years!

Going to miss my 2nd straight fight. But I'll catch the next one. I've been in a bad place health wise but I'm getting better.

I'll be back to get my 1 or 2 votes soon :)

I’m in. Didn’t think I would be, but I had an idea and then used the project as a nice time for many little 15-minute breaks away from holiday hecticity.

I am in this round. I think i kept the heater from kicking in the whole time, and made sure to turn the freezer back on after recording.

I was itching for this fight to be posted so I could see what the next fight was and enter it, I have a new recording setup and wanted to see what it'd be like to use. And then tonight I got too itchy and tired of waiting and threw together an "instrumental" (aka, two and half minutes of solo guitar jamming) and submitted it for THIS fight, mainly just to see if they actually post it considering how late it was entered.

As long as it's received before the Fightmaster begins updating the site it'll be included. I usually depend on an extra day (or three) for most fights. But this has resulted in missing the deadline a time or two. (Although it began to be a habit so lately, I've been entering early.) The fightmaster is usually pretty good about adding late entries but I try not to make extra work for the volunteers who run the site.

Ah, makes sense.

Reminds me of one time when I got used to my direct deposit paycheck hitting the bank account on the 13th of the month even though it nominally was scheduled for the 14th, and scheduled a bunch of bills to pay on the 13h and ended up overdrawing the account when the deposit started actually happening on 14th without warning..
