Jon Eric - I like this sonnet. I like the simplicity. Nice closing couplet.
Hey, don't you wuss out on me. Bring it on. I know I can take it.

NUR EIN!!!!
ok, here's what I wrote

"Jon Eric - I like the simplicity of it, but I’m not sure if all the roughness is intentional. The second quatrain feels a little long - but it moves a bit after that. Good closing couplet. " All in all I guess I thought the arrangement didn't quite develop enough to support it. I also went back and forth on whether I thought lyrics were a bit too...literal? heavy handed? not sure what the right adjective is - but I like the sentiment and thought it was very self consistent.

It's minutes to midnight and it looks like a carbon copy of last round where one judge is gonna be late. So, don't wait up people because I'm going to sleep.

Just posted my lyrics. Sorry, didn't know that was there.
You guys are amazing! What a great bunch of tunes. I am absolutely honored to be in such fine company.
Frankie, your tune is blowing me away. It's funny how the only time we dig people who steal from the ones we love is when they do it so beautifully.

Does this mean we can have Memorial Day to finish our next round of songs (assuming we make it to the next round)? Pretty please?

I agree with Frankie, the important info we are all so anxiously waiting for is almost 12 hrs over due.
That being said, I am aware that in no way should I expect an extension.
But pretty please... with sugar on top? (That is of course if we make it to the next round).

Well, clearly there will be an extension as we still await our missing judge's appearance.

Thanks, Niv. Have you heard anything at all from the missing judge? I hope he's alright...

We have heard nothing since the last round of scores. I've searched 3 years of emails looking for his phone number. Used a reverse phone directory to get a land line number that was answered with a FAX machine. Once upon a time i had his number, I can't find it. I've very sorry to all the contestants, I've been there. Frankly I'm as excited and anxious about the ultimate results too.

This was an excellent round, it's a shame anyone will get cut.

Sorry for the crude post, usually Niv takes care of that, I'll pretty it up later. I thought you'd all appreciate the results ASAP.
