Will the judges be reviewing and ranking round zero?

If I'm not mistaken, working on writing the song before the title and challenge are posted goes against the spirit, if not the rules, of the competition. I would assume this also applies to "arrangement." ( not sure how you arrange an unwritten song). Of course, it's all trust method around here so....
