Also apparently my original artist name for my first entry was "Brfxxccxxmnpcccc- lllmmnprxvclmnckssqlbb11116" which was rejected by FightMaster.
So we can all thank the FightMaster (of the time) for the Beef? ;)

It's a challenge where you have 90 days to make 50 songs. And then they delete all of your songs, comments & reviews when the next 50/90 comes around... In the words of one of my favorite local bands, Chained to the Bottom of the Ocean: "Send every god and king. Ten thousand soldiers bodies Buried underground. Re: vochlea Dubler live real-time audio-to-MIDI mic

Did the video I post require you to record the audio first? Guess I linked the wrong video if so... however you can do it in real time in Reaper or you can do it from a pre-recorded Audio File (monophonic only of course...) here are both of my Track Templates which you can insert into your project f...

Re: vochlea Dubler live audio-to-MIDI mic

You can also do this for free with the mic you already have in Reaper... I can post my Track Template setup for this if interested...

Edit: Well I didn't watch the whole video... but Vocal to MIDI can be done free.

Re: Current fight optional challenge

I think in some thread, somewhere, someone (current fightmaster?) mentioned that that information was never archived. It's only listed on the front page at the time of the current fight, or like you said, in the review thread.

Guess I should have been recording my original song idea instead of writing more riffs to expand upon it... doh!

Re: Is it normal to forget how to play something?

No. Because I never knew how to play it to begin with... ;) but yes, sometimes I'll pickup the guitar and play my usual "practice" riffs and totally fail... and it takes me quite a few tries before I get it right... even though I play the same riffs all the time... weird.

Re: Rebalancing/splitting fully mixed songs

If you wanted a local copy of Spleeter that doesn't require a bunch of crazy Python install stuff (Windows 10 only though)... https://makenweb.com/#spleetergui I have used this in the past to try and split some instrument files to use for transcribing purposes... much easier than trying to transcrib...

Re: Circle guitar

That's kinda cool... I was thinking to myself in the shower this morning... "What would I do if I lost my right arm? How could I play guitar?" (Don't know why I think about weird stuff like this, other than my right arm/hand has been bothering me lately pain wise) so now I feel better, knowing there...

Re: Gear Acquisition Syndrome

No, no, you need to buy all non-duplicate sound equipment that you can afford. Honestly it was between the JF 15 or their tremolo pedal. But if was going to get the tremolo pedal i'd have wanted to get two of them to go with the stereo outputs on my waza dimension c for supreme warbly trippiness. S...

Interested to hear how you like the new Joyo, I ended up grabbing the Joyo Vol/Wah II during the sale myself. I own the Joyo Ironman JF-309 Boogie Master which is supposed to be the Joyo California in a smaller form factor and I like it and use it on my "Stereo Metal Practice Board" (though I use it...

Forget about this Major/Minor nonsense... just be ambiguous with some powerchords... get rid of those silly 3rds. We... we'll have to agree to disagree on that. I eat, sleep and breathe the 3rd. I adjust my tone to accentuate the 3rd. You need 3rds, and power chords lacking it are not even chords, ...

Re: Let's just hope for (Better Luck Next Year prefight)

Ah well, #Skulltober will have to do... I only ever got involved in #Inktober because of the fact that ink pens are all I've ever drawn with... so it seemed natural to join the # during my favorite month of the year and have my artwork be seen by a larger community. I'll probably still tag my skull ...
