WTF?
Did anyone else visit the site when it was a cartoon maker about an hour ago? It's back to normal now, but I'm really curious as to what that was all about.

O.K. Here's the deal.
Many moons ago, a songfighter by the name of drew tetz (we all called him "tits" in the IRC) started drawing comics about songfighters. He would share them in the IRC and elsewhere.
Because they weren't very funny, Blue registered the domain unfunny.org, and I created an interface to put them up. Other people in the IRC started sending me their own version, often cutting and pasting the same figures that tits was using in his.
So I took it a step further and made a comic creator, where you could make your own "unfunny" comics with these figures, and created user accounts, and added these to the display interface.
Blue never renewed unfunny.org, so I moved the whole thing over to songfight.org. Unfortunately, when we changed servers, the cgi stopped working (path stuff that I never bothered to sort out, because no-one ever asked).
However, recently (over the weekend), fluffy submitted one. I decided to go in and rewrite the comic browser so that these could see the light of day again, making a few improvements along the way.
Unfunny lives again. I was just testing it the other night when you guys dropped by.

It used to be a big chore to add a user. I may have just been too busy. In the re-write, I have made it a piece of cake.
edit 1 http://www.songfight.org/unfunny/index.php?artist=sven
sven, one of yours is up, did you send another?
edit 2 http://www.songfight.org/unfunny/index.php?artist=dano
and dan-o, a little investigation caused me to remember why I didn't put yours up right away - it had a bunch of white space around it, which I didn't ever get around to cropping off - UNTIL JUST NOW. That is what slows must of the postings down. You should see the crap that comes in. It's the main reason there isn't a an upload option. Funny, that doesn't happen that often with the cover art...

Damn Spud....you found that, fixed it, and posted it in less time than it took for me to just find the original. You're so awesome man.
I'll have to do another one now. Of course I'll have to get a better editor and actually crop out the excess white border crap to make it easier on you, but hey man thanks for doing that first one for me. Way cool.

No problem, Man-O. What's a little white space between friends?. Actually, other than a quick crop, yours didn't need much other work. I did restore the first frame to it's more traditional bottomless style. Couldn't help myself.

Hey Spud, did you ever get a submission from me? I think I sent one in, back in the Dark Ages or something, but I totally don't know if I still have it.
