This is the cover band I'm playing with. Audio was produced at Edgewater Studios, where I'm working. Feedback and comments appreciated.

Very Pro. Good job, Jimbo! Plus it's always fun hearing a British song being sung with a singer trying incredibly hard not to go all country, lol.
But I really like it!

Dont usually care for covers but...damn you did an excellent job putting your name on it.
I enjoyed the whole song and somehow it felt new. If you can get that across in a cover then nice work.
Go make some more please...

Note for the people who've never seen me - I am not singing here, I am the beard on keys. Thanks for the kind words.

Can't say I'm a big fan of the singer. It seems to be a Nickelbackisation of the song which would have poor Noel and Liam spinning in their graves if they were dead.
But I am very impressed with the video. Well done. Nice work.
Also impressed how Sober seems to be able to change shirt several times during the performance without missing a beat. Is that what film people call "continuity"?

Good footage quality. wish some of the panning was a bit smother, and less handheld jerkiness.
No visual creativity points whats so ever tho. Music Video is a carbon copy of your average mediocre local band / Film school shit.
That's one way to not get notice.

Your comment is a carbon copy of your average bro who doesn't work in video.drë wrote:Good footage quality. wish some of the panning was a bit smother, and less handheld jerkiness.

This particular video is a tech demo of sorts for entry-level music video service. Our target market is unsigned bands who can't afford big-boy production, but need a slick-looking video. I'm having no problem booking shoots with bands in my area with this in my portfolio, so I'd say I'm getting noticed plenty.
