Superbad

This movie had Rachael and I laughing out loud fairly often.

It also helped me to identify an instrumental that I've been trying to identify for years now, "Soul Finger" by the Bar-Kays.

ROCK!

Very funny movie. Not sure if it has the same repeat value that Anchorman/40 Year Old Virgin has. Obviously that will have to wait for when the DVD is out.

It's ok, but jesus christ it's not like it's the new Dazed and Confused or anything.

Yeah, liked this a lot - at first was a bit resistant but the charm of the three leads carried it through its weaker moments. is it wrong to have a crush on Michael Cera? probably, but what the hey. Funny film and the ending has an interesting vaguely homo-erotic twist (which the description on W*k*pedia has sooo wrong)

eh, I kinda liked Dazed & Confused.

Anyways, I'm in the 'It's ok, but jesus christ it's not like it's the new Dazed and Confused or anything' camp. I don't get the hype although I thought Superbad was pretty decent.

I loved the "I love you man" bit. I like how the movie went about a humorous yet serious moment. I think that embodies the male train of thought pretty well.
