That's a nice suggestion. I will also throw out the following:

Queen
Police
Zeppelin*
Anything from a Les Claypool project
Pick an old punk band (Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Ramones, etc)

I'd suggest Rush as well if I didn't think it would get me laughed off the board.

And I always thought your previous Elvisfight (Presley or Costello) idea was a good one.

*"Stairway to Heaven" would be disallowed.

I'd do one although I must confess that the Marley idea is my least favorite. I like Elvis vs. Elvis, that'd be neato.
