In other words, you have a 50/50 shot of getting a Paco song when requesting a song from the Archive to cover. ;)
Muahhahaha... and not completely inaccurate.

Hi All,
Here is my cover of Aggabagga's Bully. I almost made the 24 hour time frame, but needed assistance with the solo. That is all Lunkhead!

Oh geez, I'm sorry, I didn't realize you were trying to make the 24-hour timeframe. I honestly completely forgot about all the details of this. Since you sent me your song yesterday to record a solo too, I know it was all done in time, so I'll give you that bonus. I'm realizing now though that I sadly don't have a way anymore to edit the page where I was keeping track of all this stuff. I think I'm going to move it to songfight.org or songfight.net.

I don't need the 24 hour bonus. I would like the bonus for adding the lyrics to the archive: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9195

Thanks Sam. I hope bringing this back doesn't cause you too much trouble.

Sounds good Ken! Good solo Lunkhead! Should I read all 12 pages of the thread or does the first post cover what this is all about? I've been very interested in creating as much music as I can lately... but this 24 hour thing might be an issue.

Sounds great, Ken! I can't recall ever hearing you sing so aggressively. The guitar tone reminds me of Los Angeles by Frank Black. I dont know if the lyrics are all correct but who cares. And ripping lead, Lunk. I bow humbly in your presence. Good work fellas.

UJN: Grab a title and go for it. Great fun, and after the GOM you did for me, I know you can make songs your own.

My day off this week is Friday, and I don't think I can get a SF! proper song in. So maybe a random song for a bare bones Friday night special? If you have time, dear sir, spin the wheel!

I think I'm going to attempt one of the "stiffee" songs in this thread first, as I did end up reading all 12 pages anyhow! :P

Thanks, Lunk. I had to guess at a couple of the lyrics, but think that I made them fit. For that song, oh, they fit! I'll post in a day or two.

Thanks for your hard work Lunk, I appreciate the help. Meanwhile, you can toss me another when you have time. I should be able to get to it sooner. I hope.

There, I added them to the lyric thread. 13 years later.

@lunkhead - Don't see me listed on the page for my cover of Cancer by the Landfills back in 2018. I'm not ready yet, but thinking of giving it another go in a few days time.

Oh, yeah, whoops. You're on there now, sorry about that. I checked for lyrics, it looks like Ken posted lyrics that song so I didn't get you the Chumpy bonus, but I'm mistaken about that, please let me know.

So I've been sitting on the finished music for this for a couple weeks now. I had a guitar part to learn and do for a buddy, but im really waiting for a night when its not 105 degrees in my studio and that i can properly motivate to do the vocals for this. Motivate meaning drink booze. Ken, please resume your conspiracy stories now. Kisses!

Hey Sleepydoor, i did not know that song was yours. Gonzo fun, man. Hope I didn't do it a disservice.

Ha, yeah, that was teenage me being a goofball. The bit about eating oragel? I'd done that for shits and giggles recently. You nailed it - even if you got the lyrics wrong, it doesn't matter cause they made no sense anyway. My 17 year old self apologizes for not posting the lyrics at the time.
