2017 Emmy awards

Postby fluffy » Sun Sep 10, 2017 8:36 pm

I don't normally pay attention to the Emmys, especially not the "obscure little categories," but...

well, let me just say that I would like to thank the academy.

Whoa!!! That's awesome! Did you attend the ceremony? Is that one of the categories that they announce and give out in one of the "smaller" ceremonies other the main "primetime" one? I want to see a photo of you with your statuette. Congrats!

Heh, no, I wasn't there, and actually most of the team I was on has since disbanded and gone onto other things. I did see a great photo of the creative director and the VP of engineering on the red carpet though.

We're "getting the band back together" for a celebration party in early October, and presumably that's when we get to all spend our quality time with the statue.

I'm pretty sure it's one of those ones that doesn't get shown on TV.

Here's Colin (creative director, left) and Aaron (engineer VP, right).
