Tv Soundalikes

Post by spinlock »

Hey, does anyone else think the main guy from scrubs sounds like Wes Davis? Maybe there are other people that sound like TV stars here. The last starfinger song reminded me of the Devil guy from Cow and Chicken.

What fuck that man I don't sound a thing like him. If anybody sounds like anybody around here, you sound like Heath Ledger. Then again, honestly I have a hard time telling between you brits. Also I totally mean to imply that you're a gay cowboy.

That's what you think! Heath Ledger's an Aussie! Don't get started. Anyway, I was wrong. You sound more like that dIc|< from the 70's show. And yeah, act like it to.

Dude, YOU sound like dicks. Like a whole heapin' helpin' of them. As for Heath being an Aussie, whatever, then you sound like Bob Hoskins. He's an ass and so are you.

I sounds like Dicks AND ass? Dude, you really need to find a way to let out that frustration. Anyway, you're just jealous because I have a cool voice like bob hoskyns while you're some whiny Blake Shelton Wannabee.

Dude, that wasn't an american accent. And you must be the retarded one if you thought it was.

This time next year YOU'll be sitting on trains, with the hobos, trying to write songs, and they won't be half as good as the entries I didn't even bother to submit.

The only way you'll make any money is selling beatz to rappers who are so drugged up they can't tell how crap they are, and then call a hit out on you when they sober up.

Hah. That means nothing coming from someone who just recorded themselves screwing their mom and pretended it was a guitar solo.

Man, I applaud your honesty but that really wasn't warranted.

God, Wes. There you go projecting again.
Fantasizing about me pleasuring you WON'T fix your pathetic lack of talent. Yeah, it's partly genetic, but even if you are the big girl you seem to be, it wouldn't do you any good. I didn't think i'd have to explain this to someone who somehow managed to graduate High School.
Either way, you should really see a psychaitrist about all this repressed homosexuality. I guess your pillow doesn't satisfy you the way it used to. Not that there's much to satisfy in the first place.

But to answer your point seriously:

YOUR FACE isn't warranted.

Apart from on the warrant for your arrest for crimes against music.

I loved home movies. Particularly the effort they went to in making the dialog sound natural. All the um's and interrupting. And after a listen to 'I'm warning you' I'm minded to agree.
Good reference Wormsweater.
Now I just have to remember who you remind me of.
I'll be back with that one shortly.

Hey Spin, you kind of sound like the red headed guy from Harry Potter, in that James Bond talking bit you did. You two must be from the same part of England.

I had to look that up as I haven't seen the film. And now I'm in a Huff. I'll have you know I'm from Yorkshire. Northern and proud!
Incidentally.
As you can probably tell, faking a wussy southern accent is just one of my many amazing skills, and an inconvenience I have to put up with because some of the less enlightened members of the boards "Can't stand" regional british accents.

But naturally, thanks for the compliment.

Actually - Spinlock, you I think are what I was referring to in this thread:
http://songfight.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=3540

I notice that you (like me) often don't really sing in your natural accent (correct me if I'm wrong - I'm just guessing). Kamakura is another Pom who often sounded American. J$, however is always unmistakably English. That sort of stuff interests me.

Spot on.
In fact, most of the time I don't even talk in my natural accent. Makes it hard to tell what your natural accent is over time. So eventually you just go with whatever vowel sound you need to make the rhyme work. :P

..Does that mean you think I sound American?
