Anyone playing solo/acoustic at SFL?

Post by ken »

Hi All,

I'm trying to get a sense of who will be playing solo/acoustic at Songfight Live. Duos etc. can be included, but if you think it will be mostly you/acoustic guitar/and maybe a friend, please let me know.

I have decided to play solo acoustic for my set. If there is time for Rachael to have her own set, that's fine, but I do not want to be a time hog. Every additional set cuts into everyone else's time, so we are fine with sharing a set for this reason.

ROCK!

Zing!

(Anyway, we'll be borrowing guitars, so none of our gay guitars will be in attendance.)

Ah, good point...might as well avoid confusion over orientation (and the guitar is a Martin). I will try going with G&G&G if that's still open.

I havn't had a chance to find out how to get involved yet ...but I'll proably end up in this category.

I'm planning on getting with Dre on his set but I havn't/can't promise him that yet. Beside the point really... but given that I don't have a set prepared at the moment...I'll probably end up throwing something together (as well as writing at least one more song before the show) soon. It's just a matter of tangability (is that a word?) now. Once my bank account shows me that I'm coming...then I'll probably throw an acoustic set together. Give me a day to find out whether or not I'm supposed to have signed up somewhere for this. (which I'm sure I was supposed to and now infringing on)

I'm sorry, I have never been this unstable before.
