I know its early, but I'm up and will be until about 6am. Working the overnight at my traffic job. Tired as hell. I'm basically pulling a double in which I had three hours off in between shifts.

question of the day:
Guys, if you had to do one or the other? Janet Reno or Johnny Depp?
Ladies, if you had to do one or the other? Michael Moore or Kate Moss?

You might Improvise your answers if you get the gist of the question. (would you rather be with very unattractive person of opposite sex or be with very attractive member of same sex)

Moderators: If the question is way too inappropriate, please delete.

Erroneous slant!
Rosie is gay!
Moore is not!
Erroneous slant!

Although, it seems like you're working the "would you rather get down with a non-fiction personality, or one who acts?" angle.

Ha ha, just kidding, that's probably a coincidence.

Also: "do" = Image

Finally: you'd probably get more interesting answers if you just asked everybody to pick one of the four!

If forced to make this choice....oh god I don't know, I don't even think I could get it up. Will there be a really hot fluffer present?

Wow Hoblit, and you complained about my question! This one's pretty shallow. Feel free to go all PMS on me!

I don't understand why I'd be forced into a situation where "doing" either Michael Moore or Kate Moss would be the only choice I could make. But I guess I'll play along. Michael Moore is a way more interesting person than I'm pretty sure Kate Moss could ever be. I guess I'd much rather have a long conversation with him than "do" him. I don't really want to "do" Kate Moss either since I can't stand her.

But, if you're trying to get me to say that I'd have sex with a member of the same sex, it certainly wouldn't be Kate Moss. Celebrity wise, I think I'd choose Winona Ryder. I've always had a crush on her, or Natalie Portman, even though she's younger than me and that's kinda weird. But if I got to choose just a regular, everyday person, I'd choose Jade, but she lives in upstate New York now, so that probably will never happen again.

I've said toooooo much

On to the roll call portion of this post:

I was super tired last night. As soon as the kids went to bed, I laid down on the couch and promptly fell asleep. Phil got home at like 5:30 am, and I went up to bed with him. The kids got me up at 8:30. I'm about to give them a bath and get them ready so they can go to Phil's parent's house. Per Phil's instructions, I will try to get him out of bed at 11:30. I must remember to make coffee first.

Phil and I will attempt to go on some sort of a date tonight. Maybe dinner and a movie. We haven't been to a movie in a very long time. Since January maybe?

Roll call? I think I accidentally stumbled into the "Silly Polls" thread

So I'm awaiting the Ein! results and biting my nails. With any luck, I'll be working on a round 5 song later tonight.

Not much else planned this weeekend but cleaning and working - teaching my on-line course.

Joke answer: The one with the Hot Wheel in his butt.
Semi-non-joke answer: Beardy, when he makes that face on Homewrecker, right before he "triggers his own prank" (hott euphamistic action)
Real answer: I'll tell you later.

I suppose I didn't make the question clear enough. The point isn't a particular celebrity...the point is... where your limit lies. I only used celbrities because we would all know who these people are.

Shallow question, true. But what is your limit. How ugly does a member of the opposite sex have to be before you would start conidering better options amongst the same sex. Bisexuals of course win because that option is already on the table.

Personally, if confronted with Janet Reno (or Rossanne Bar, or Rosie O' donnell) , Johnny Depp (Brad Pitt, Ed Norton) start to be viable options for me. Gay? maybe.

:-)

I'm awake again and I got my hair cut. I mean, short...probaby shorter than it's ever been since I was a baby. Now it's time for some mexican.

FOOD, people..I'm now talking about FOOD.

I'm not touching the QotD with a ten foot pole.

I'm not as sick as I was yesterday. So the girls took advantage of that and went out, leaving me with the kinderlings. What that resulted in was the creation of a noise band called The Yellow Crayon Is Missing, who made two songs about the game Ninjas vs. the Giant Robots. Then we played a half-hour or so of... Ninjas vs. the Giant Robots. Good times. Now I'm taking the boys out to dinner.

This was also another crazy Nur Ein day. The music is so exceptional.

Hey, it's songfight

1. Woke up too early after drinking too many shitty mojitos the night before.
2. Went for a walk. I find toothbrushes while out walking. I found my third one today.
3. Stopped at that coffee shop I've been meaning to stop at. The dude at the register was like a space alien or something, because when I said "Large coffee", he said "Large coffee?" and then I said "Yeah" and then he hits some buttons on the cash register and just waits. And I stare at him, because I thought... well, I thought he would tell me how much it was when he had finished punching in the correct buttons. He never did. That's weird, I think. I realized he was never going to tell me and then I looked at the cash register to figure out how much to give him.
4. Met my neighbor, who moved in nextdoor about a month ago. She was out for a walk, with her dog, just meeting neighbors and shit. How nice. I never do that. I think it kind of helps if you are a cute Indian girl with a dog. That's like 4 good things right there. I gave her the number of my property management so she can tell them to trim the tree that starts on my property and hangs over onto hers, thereby pulling down her cable line. As she was saying goodbye, like at the last second, she hinted that she thought my name was Alex. I thought, "Wait, does she mean ME? Am I Alex?" and then it was too late to correct her. Crap.
5. For the third week in a row, did not go get badass crepes from the cool crepe place I have been meaning to go to, because my friend has an aversion to schedules.
6. Laid out in the sun at my ex-girlfriend's place. Realized that a bunch of mosquitoes had bitten me the night before at the party, and that the mosquito bite on my right knee looks like a nipple wiht areaola. Finalized the showing of Hostel 2 that we would be seeing on Sunday.
7. Reluctantly starting trying to debug my computer from the virus that I knowingly opened a few weeks ago from something that I hoped would be awesome porn even though I pretty much knew it wasn't going to be porn at all.

So last night my friend went to this metal show with some friends and her ex and got hit in the head pretty good while jumping around I guess. So afterwards she goes home with her friend and ex to have a party of sorts. Anyways, her ex gets drunk out of his mind and pretty much tries to beat her up. After she got beaten in the head with some assholes elbow. :x Needless to say I'm flying home to Calgary tonight to help her through this.
