We have made it to Round 6. Can you handle this challenge (that seems to be following a theme)?
Submit an original song by June 10th at 12:01 AM (EDT) that fits the following criteria
Title: You Too
Challenge: Contrafact chorus or contrafact verses(s)
Caveat: No U2 references
The idea behind this challenge is to take a familiar song and play it while singing a new melody over it. If you are thinking "He's So Fine" by The Chiffons and "My Sweet Lord" by George Harrison, that's not the way to go because they have similar melody lines. Take a song and find a new melody line. An example may be "Baba O' Riley" by the Who and "The Best Song Ever" by One Direction, or "What I Like About You" by The Romantics and "Cherry Cherry" by Neil Diamond.
Is that for real or is that copy/pasta from the first post of the Round Five thread...?
Of course it's real. Who wants U2 references? Let's keep Nur Ein U2 free.

Huh. Was there some sort of glut of U2 references this or any other year ever that I completely missed somehow ... ? Was somebody so pissed off at Glennny using an echo on his clean guitar that they decided to explicitly ban all U2 references from all Nur Ein rounds going forward?!?!
Familiar to the judges... the only people who's opinion (in this competition) you should care about. Obviously some people don't... but those people get voted out quickly.

As far as I can tell, we are having a blast making this week's entry. At least we can promise no U2 references.
