How about a reminder of the instructions and deadline for voting, for those who are new and those who may not remember?

It'd probably be a good idea also if the deadline were to be set to 2-3 days out from when people actually learn how/when to vote, rather than from when the songs were posted.

I'm sorry, I won't be able to be there today/tonight :(

I'll just state for the record that I have loved this competition, and I love Vom's song and I love my song.

And thank you all.

Toshiro and I got really excited recently because we thought a footpath from our estate to the local shop was being built, which would finally make it safe to walk there, instead of to the one 2km away in a different direction. It turns out no, that’s not what they were doing. There’s another smaller estate being built up next to the shop, and the council wouldn’t let the developer put in composting toilets, so they had to dig up the side of the road and lay a sewer line connecting to our estate. But they’ve left the witches hats there, and everyone has been using it as a path anyway, and now we can walk to the shop without being run down by traffic at 80km/h.

Yesterday I went for a walk to the shop and listened to all your songs. I loved them all. in the following posts will be a photo “review” for each and every one of you, prompted by something in the lyrics that had a glimmer of recognition. (Posted individually because apparently there is a three attachment per post limit.)

Here's my hill, which is frequently selected by cyclists who want to punish themselves for whatever reason.

Also I seem to have celebrated the end of Nur Ein by catching COVID, whoop whoop 🎉

Oh no! I bet it was the magician.

Our hill elevation went from 35m to 135m. I think I cycled the whole way up without stopping once. I'm also a wimp and would get off my bike and walk down in one section. Toshiro managed to ride it every day to work.

Holy crap! What a tense finale! I'll take the win of course, but there's no-one I'd rather be tied with than Stacking Theory, we staggered over the finishing line together! NUR ZWEI!

Thanks to all that voted :) really gives me reason to smile even though I'm knee deep in viruses.
