if a bass guitar is OK, a baritone guitar should be OK... or bass guitars shouldn't be OK. upright bass should be OK, though.

You guys have seriously pushed me in new directions that are really making me try things I've never thought much about. I can say it has helped me evolve. Like it or not, this is a great challenge.......for me at least.
The title has great molding potential too. Hope I can do it justice.

I wanted to express my appreciation to Niveous for organizing this thing. You contribute so much to the songfight community with this and the other things you do like your top 200.
I'm already looking forward to next year's Nur Ein but I know it depends on your largess.
So, thanks a lot Niv and keep up the good work.

As if the Bovine Recyclery didn't already totally remind me of Ben Folds Five (a very good thing).....Title: No One Else
Challenge: No guitar (bass is okay)
I keep thinking of the Weezer song No One Else , but modified to be sung over Big Bottom by Spinal Tap. Hopefully Frisbee doesn't have these songs polluting his mind.
BTW that's one of my fave Weezer tunes I've been known to cover
anyone ever here Soundgarden cover "Big Bottom" ? it's fantastic!
Also, notice a similarity between the remaining contestants and the guitarists mentioned on this thread :

This challenge is cruel, is this some kind of Parker Street Cinema conspiracy? (actually not so cruel with the permission to play bass.)
What if I bought a Lute?

I concur. Niveous does not get the thanks he deserves for all this. I certainly appreciate it.sdurand wrote:I wanted to express my appreciation to Niveous for organizing this thing. You contribute so much to the songfight community with this and the other things you do like your top 200.
