hmm - another sleep title. "Oversleeping" was like 2 weeks before Nur Ein! 1 where we had "Sleeper" and this past year there was "Night Terrors". Now "sleepwalking" - not a criticism, an observation. I wonder how many songs like this I can write

I've got the music structure figured out for my song, I just need to start writing lyrics and bass parts.

After about a jazillion vocal takes I think I have one that is not complete crap. I'm going to wait till tomorrow to submit though so I can give it a fresh listen and see where all the mistakes that I didn't notice are. This thing is hard work.

Cool, I miss read the due date for the 7th, I guess I'm done early, but that leaves plenty of time for improvement.

I'm going to be so pressed for time this week. I just hope it doesn't show in my song. Maybe it will be better because I won't have time to over think and over produce with cheesy FX. bright side

Because of weekend obligations I probably have to have mine done by the end of Thursday - but it's 80% written, so I should be able to start tracking tonight.

i'm almost done.. but the lyrics are not super, and the mix is a bit problematic.

I've got the song kind of mapped out. I think it's alright. I hope you do too.

I wrote a song for this, because it's much easier to do so when there's no pressure (and when you're home with a sick kid.) I think I will record it tonight or tomorrow -- another crap laptop recording -- and just keep doing that in my own parallel non ein until I run out of steam or you all tell me to knock it off.

I wrote a song called Sleepwalking years ago, so I'm glad that I'm not in this 'cos I'd find it incredibly distracting trying to write a second song for the same title.
