It seems like the Song Fight Facebook page is "blowing up" a bit at the moment. It's gotten a bunch of new likes in the last 24 hours. I think credit may belong to JB and his band Ménage À Garage. Maybe that will mean some new artists joining the community in this fight. Yay!

Please invite your friends. Facebook will show you who is already a fan and who has already been invited-- so you don't have to worry about overwhelming or annoying anyone.
The Facebook page is useful particularaly because Lunkhead has enabled his SF Jukebox to post when the fight ends, who won, and what the next fight is.

It's funny; I went to the Facebook App on my iPad, searched for song fight, and nothing popped up. So I went into the browser, did the same search there on the Facebook page, and I found and liked it. Then, after reopening the app, it showed up in my likes and I was able to search for it. Very strange. I just wanted to post this in case anyone else is having the same issue with the app; search on Facebook on the web browser. That's all.

I posted this elsewhere, but I recently bought a new-to-me bass that I'd like to try out. So if you want some real live bass on your song in this fight let me know. It's not as exciting as Niveous offering to write lyrics, but hey, it's something...
