Berkeley Social Scene - The spoken parts settle in better after repeated listens and the choruses reveal their less than tightness. I used to like tripping, many moons ago, and enjoy the references. Perhaps a psychedelic soundtrack might have been more fitting, if cliche, but it works in the BSS format just fine.
inflatable vegetables - I like the personal feel of this. Revealed feelings from inside your head, untold to your gal. Late night piano sounds. The bridge is really fine although the lyrics teeter on being rushed a couple of times. Grass eating line is like a dream vision.
Jerkatorium - Clever and well executed lyrical approach. Dig the different people that you sound like, always coming back to Adele of course. Music tracks rock and the backing vocals are excellent and stand apart without going unnoticed. Might have preferred a snappy ending instead of the fade, great work regardless
Macaque Attack - Great synth sounds. This could play in some night club that I wouldn't go into. Ha! Meaning that I'm too old and it would probably be too loud for me. Whiffs of 80's tones occasionally though, where I spent my teens and early twenties. Catchy, super arranging skills, made for success. Could shave 20-30 seconds off somwhere.
Micah Sommersmith - I'd love to come around the street corner and find you there playing this. I appreciate the commentary although in my day it was different folks. Regardless, fun presentation of lite popular tastes. Another verse wouldn't have hurt, but point taken.
Paco del Stinko - I'm pretty pleased with the lyrics here but want to be clear that I am neither a sociopath nor a misogynist, thank you. Fun to add the layers.
Zack Facco - This is a bit wobbly, musically and lyrically, but is still my favorite song this week. Not because we pursued similar themes, but because I dig the strummy rolling vibe to it as well as the chord changes, melody, etc. This goes on my not written down list of SF! songs I want to cover someday.

Hi MicahSommer. Thanks for your comments. Lyrics below:MicahSommer wrote: Macaque Attack - I like it. I wish you had posted the lyrics because they were sometimes hard to make out, but I enjoyed the vocal performance and the catchy instrumental production.
Adele In The Car (Macaque Attack)
Verse
It's getting late,
I need a break,
I think I'm going to miss my date,
But there's a hitcher,
Who I cannot leave to fate
I ask her in,
She tries to grin,
But she's not happy,
That is obvious,
And I see why,
She's had a real rough night
I see a star,
Got in my car,
She had a show,
It didn't go,
Quite how she thought,
That it would go,
With clangs & clunks,
And sounds of junk,
Now tears flow
And so we're making an escape,
She says she needs to get away,
A diva with a yearning,
Wants to feel OK
Broke her heart,
Tore her apart
Chorus
Sitting with Adele in the car,
I hope she's not going far,
She smells of fish and chips,
It's making me feel peckish,
She's messing with my radio,
It's starting to blare out Hello,
I hope she doesn't start to sing,
I'll press eject and then,
And watch Adele fly,
Watch Adele fly
Verse
She will not tell me where to go,
She just says "drive on driver",
Woe is me,
I can't believe,
My luck could be so low
I've got a place to be,
A million dollars waits for me,
And here I am stuck with a drag,
Who's starting to displease
She's moaning on,
Oh please be gone

No problem at all. I know you're new, so, really just an FYI, not a complaint.
