My god, it's so nice to be writing again. Brother Baker has an entirely remotely recorded song as of now. We'll meet tomorrow to do vocals together.
But it's so nice to have a track with lyrics like "this is the countermelody" and "I don't know what the chorus vocals will be" again. I didn't realize how much I missed the process until I've been doing almost nothing else with my free time for 3 weeks now.

To add on to my Brother Baker, I'm also going to do my first FireBear submission this week. It's been a slow week at work, and I've been learning how to master my own songs. I'm ready to get some feedback to see how I'm doing.

Also, the Brother Baker song has a strong whistle component. The FireBear song has a subtle whistle... but there is indeed a whistle.

Just sent mine in. Early again! Strange times.

Whistling is fun.

I thought of a song about being covered in spit-up and pee, but I didn't record it because I'm too busy being covered in spit-up and pee. Cool title though, I like it!

I'm in. No whistling, I'm afraid. Also the first song I've written in awhile that has nothing to do with politics or coronavirus! Yay!

Brown Word is in with something hopefully a little bit epic. After some poor wheezy attempts at whistling, the song's whistling is actually a large penny whistle. Enjoy!

Agony Sauce can’t whistle

I accidently submitted last weeks mp3. I'm hoping it gets rejected because it has the wrong filename. I'm resending with the correct file now.

I recorded whistling, but it sounded bad and did not make the final mix. Overall I was pretty happy with this one.

I'm in with my sophomore effort. The mix is even worse than my first one. Enjoy!

I didn't understand what you meant till I just checked and saw two entries with a fight title "http://songfight.org/". Spud fixed it. Thanks Spud!
