yeah, but that was a reply to weasleslayer who also mention Iggy Pop, who was from Detroit, I believe, so I didn't think geographical accuracy was particularly important - just the vibe - otherwise I would have said 'my Heads Talking'.

German is such an awesome language- you can just keep putting things together until you have the word you want. Never mind if it's sixty-eight letters long, and capitalized at the flip of a coin.

"Schadenfreude? What's that, some kind of Nazi word?"
"Yeah, it's German. It means happiness at the misfortune of others."
"Happiness at the misfortune of others? That is German!"

Jeez, I hate that. I listened to mine today, and realized that there are so many things wrong it's not even funny. I also listened to it on a CD in my truck, which I should've done before submitting, to test it on as much audio equipment as possible to make sure the EQ's are right. But I'm assuming most people don't listen to it on shitty factory stereos in their nissan pickup trucks.

Woah, you mean not everyone listens on a pair of Logitech computer speakers? Hmm, that could explain some of my feedback. ;)

haha...yeah, you should go ahead and listen to mine on headphones. It's really the best way to hear music, anyway, and maybe you won't notice all the problems, though there is a rather large one that I won't mention in hopes that I only noticed it because I'm anal about my music. Then again, some of the people on here are even more so. Which is probably a good thing.

Heh, to top it off, I accidentally submitted my second-to-last mix. So, uh, remember: louder is not always better.
