I know it's crazy, but I've got a song ready already for Pink Ribbon. I was going to write the breast cancer angle, but something else just kinda flowed right out. It might be great, or it might be "pretty standard, really".
I'd really like some help with the music for this, even a drum track would be great. It doesn't have to fit this recording because it's obviously not in time. I will re-record the vocals and guitar (if it's not provided, nudge, nudge).
Here's the song:

BTW, I'm going to the eBay Live conference in San Francisco Mon to Thurs, so I would need to finish the song over the weekend (Sunday night at the latest).
PM if you can help!
lyrics & chords:
Pink Ribbon
VERSE 1 (easy melodic)
Em Am
I can not show you enough why
I can not sniff enough blow to get high
D C G Am
I can not see how this whole world is gettin' by
C D Em
but I can remember why
CHORUS (building)
C A
I miss that pink ribbon you used to wear
G Em
the way it flowed in the wind and hair
C A D Em
the memories make me lose control
C A
I can't bear the pain with you gone
G Em
life was never so all alone and I miss
C A D Em
the pink ribbon you used to wear
VERSE 2
Em Am
I can not believe this is the time
I can not come to terms; it's all a lie
D C G Am
I can not see how people are able to get by
C D Em
but I can remember why
CHORUS (intense)
BRIDGE C-Bm-Em (I played with an "Am", but it's not necessary, or it could be alternated once with, once without, etc)
take me down to the river I need to cry
I wanna bleed till I learn to die
I wanna know if it's my time,
I wanna see, I wanna lie,
I wanna die, I wanna die, I wanna die
(fade out for a moment...)
CHORUS slow
****place your emotional instrumental here if you want to do it****
CHORUS finale
