A collab is a terrible thing to waste (Dirty Mind collabs)

Post by wages »

This is the all purpose Dirty Mind collab thread. Below is what I have so far as of 1/7. If you want to work on one of my songs, great, but I am also into singing for you as well.

TITLES I HAVE DONE NOTHING WITH YET (I will refrain from writing anything on a title if you want me to work on your song; but if it is already written, I have no problem working on yours and mine):
"Dirty Mind"
"Do It All Night"
"Uptown"
"Head"
"Sister"

TITLES I HAVE WRITTEN WITH ROUGH DEMOS:
Notes: feel free to burgle lyrics, I don't mind. :-) Next to each title are links for the lyrics and an MP3 as well as a generalized description of the song's genre.

Gotta Broken Heart Again - <a href="http://www.philwages.com/music/GottaBro ... >lyrics</a> | <a href="http://www.philwages.com/music/GottaBro ... p3">MP3</a> | straight up country

Party Up - <a href="http://www.philwages.com/music/PartyUp( ... >lyrics</a> | <a href="http://www.philwages.com/music/partyup_ ... p3">MP3</a> | I think this could be a great rocking alternative hard rock tune.
NOTE: there is no second chorus or outro for this song because the phone began to ring while I was recording (you can hear it at the end of the second verse)!

When You Were Mine - <a href="http://www.philwages.com/music/WhenYouW ... >lyrics</a> | <a href="http://www.philwages.com/music/WhenYouW ... p3">MP3</a> | probably the closest to a Weezer/Melvin sound I have come. Not that I was trying to imitate, as I was not! Just that, that is how I see the song.
Wages - Hoglen & Wages - The Affirmative Mention - Gawking Urethras - The EAF - and more
