Coolness!
That drummer looks like an accountant on his lunch break.

They made me very annoyed when I listened to them. I found no reason for the Battles to exist.

So far I agree with Dan. But I'm still giving them a try.

I also think it's funny that they are playing a free concert blocks away from Luke's former place of residence.

After hearing Atlas when they first released it I was so psyched for Mirrored to come out; I was not let down.

A good reason for Battles to exist is to make catchy music that I enjoy.

They have a member of Don Cab so I kinda liked them by default, I do like their stuff a bit. It was seeing it live which made me realise the real point of them. They are the best jam band ever! The sounds they create are incredible and the way they build it all up, plus it's all over a monstrous groove which I couldn't help but boogie for all I was worth to. I consider myself lucky to have seen a gig of theirs. I have EP C but not bought the album yet, not totally sure if I will, can it live up to the gig?

Okay, we may have to test this out. Hey Luke, you'll be back in town by the end of August. Wanna go see Battles. It's free. Why not?
