Some brilliant songwriting and G&G music here. I don't know how I've managed to live over 40 years on this planet and not heard this guy until now, it never ceases to amaze me how clueless I am.

Yeah, I didn't make it quite as long, but I absolutely agree. I only found out about him because he has a song on the "Big Lebowski" soundtrack (a cover of "Dead Flowers"). Real as it gets.

hey clumpy, one of his best (dead flowers) ckeck out, If you dig that check (john Hiatt) Fells like rain. Hiatt has a lot of good stuff. I have liked this style for years. All so Hayes Carl. (drunken poets dream). and, james mcmurtry, the best of this style.
