Did anybody else buy the protoman add-on? It makes the game even tougher, by far.

I fully intend to, but I can't afford it right now. How is it harder?

Scratch that. I thought it was more expensive. I still had 200 Wii points from my last VC purchase.

Oh wow. He takes more damage! And he gets pushed farther back! They took the most frustrating aspect of the game, and made it worse! Wow!

I didn't, however, have enough points left over for the Endless level. Has anyone else bitten yet?

Yeah, I got it. But I'll admit, the furthest I've made it is 14 screens. It's tougher than I thought, but still pretty fun.

On that note it took me forever to notice the store. SO far the only thing I've bought is the energy balancer, since that at least reduces the only thing that's always bugged me in every MM game (I realize it makes me a giant wuss).

Still haven't beaten anything other than Galaxy Man anyway.

I do wish there were slides and charge shots (although I notice occasional spots which hint that sliding might be something you unlock later), but then again I always thought 3 was the best one.

No, I'm 30, meaning I'm "too old" for them or something.

No way, 30 is prime! You probably played way back in the Atari days, so you have to keep being playing to represent the old school.

Nope, no sliding. I miss it too. Protoman can charge his shots, if you buy that add-on, but he takes more damage, so you probably don't want to go there.

I also thought 3 was the best. Most people favor 2, for whatever reason.

I'm pretty sure Protoman can slide.

2 is the bomb! Charge shot and sliding are weak. ;)
