Fightfight

According to Googlefight:

Songfight beats Stripfight

Songfight beats Coverfight

Songfight beats Remixfight (wtf happened to the page design, BTW? now it looks all corporate eCommercePortal(tm) or something)

Googlefight beats Songfight.

I second that. This is lovely:

Tailsteak's other stuff is great, too.

Also, this leads to a bunch of small-world-itis... I found StripFight as a result of reading Ed Bresson's journal comic (not the other way around), and then Tailsteak is a frequent contributor there and I've been reading Tailsteak's stuff for a while, because I found out about his first strip One Over Zero because in one of his silly contests he had a question about one of the characters in a crappy drama-oriented webcomic I was doing at the time. I think we also kinda knew each other through kuro5hin.org.

Anyway, the summary is: I kinda know people who are sorta in a parallel circle of Internet things.

it got screwed by that phpbb worm, and using a canned applciation to revive it seemed like the fastest way.. it's not going to look like this forever.

OMG more small-world-itis!!!

Ed Bresson (StripFight guy) has decided to do his own unofficial canon for Tartpop - which is our own Phil.Redmon's webcomic!

I followed the link to strip fight. It's just a whole lot of comics. Not at all what I was expecting. Oh well...

i don't think i understand what you mean ("do...unofficial canon")
maybe i'm just thoroughly uneducated in the ways of webcomics.
but mostly i'm just wondering if tartpop is going to be updated sometime this year? 8)

I think that's what Ed was wondering, too, and so he decided to take matters into his own hands.

I love this stuff at Strip Fight. I am tempted to break out the pencils after a long lay-off ... (although I did discover, trying to remember the url off the top of my head, that stripfight.com is something altogether more ... manly)
