Anyone going to NAMM?

Set up live gigs with each other, announce gigs you're playing around the country or whatever, talk about how the show went, post links to recordings, etc.

First day at NAMM was fun. I saw a lot of famous people, Paulie Z, Jermaine and Tito Jackson, that punk rock chick from Ace of Cakes (playing a marimba).

Didn't see all that much exciting gear though. Here's the short list:

Audient makes a cool $660 two channel mic preamp called the Mico.
Primacoustics has a new line of mic stands and panels and such. They made a kick drum mic stand on one of their stabilizers that seems useful.
I played the Sonuus guitar to Midi box which wasn't great, but still pretty cool. It was monophonic and kind of wonky.
Burriss Amps looked cool, but I didn't play one.

Oh, and the best news of all: Moog is making new Taurus Bass Pedals!
