So many possibilities.

Like, the first time I saw a nice young lady not wearing any fabric items that wasn't my mom or sisters. I knew that day what my special purpose was.

I haven't done three fights in a row since 2004, I think, so I'd really like to be in this one. Good title, too. :)

Had a lyric about a manager who got blindsided on a project and is trying to figure out why, but decided that was just way too kingarthurian, even for me. Anybody wants a lyric to play with, PM me and you're welcome to it.

Got something else going on now, really working on keeping the arrangement less cluttered than usual. No synths except the drums.

Oops... got yet something else going on now (Monday) and this one might have synths all over it...

Somebody (JB?) said a long way back, "winning at songfight only matters until you've won once; after that you can forget about the votes and just make the music you want to make." Seems to be coming true for me...

Ima try...though I dunno what will come of it. I will however remember to attach the song to the e-mail so I don't leave myself out like I did on this current one.

I think I'm in.. for the first fight in a very long time. I'm 3/4 finished writing the song G&G style, but 1/2 done converting that to eighties electro something or other.... and it needs one more part in either version.

Argh these lyrics are killing me! So close to being complete, but it feels like they just won't come together!

And I can feel it in my bones, the recording won't go much better.

i already see my reviews... "when did we know ska was dead? right now." , "isn't there supposed to be a horn section?" , "no bass line" , "too much profanity/innuendo" , "chorus is weak" ... enjoy, i think it's a hilarious song about tell tale signs that you should know something.

Third time's the charm? After discarding two previous attempts to do something with this title, it all came together this morning. King Arthur brings the Bollywood. The vocals may be a little high in the mix, but, on the other hand, they're rather well sung, if I may say so myself.

I really like this one :-)

Sending in a slightly remixed, more compressed (hence, louder) version of my song... thank you fightmasters, if you can put this one up rather than the one I sent in on Monday. If not, well, thank you anyway :-)

And after hitting several dead ends, finally came up with some artwork, too.

hip - there is now a "late entries" section, so finish up your song and send it in! You won't be in the voting, but you'll get reviews and we'll get to hear your song!

DOH! Wish I'd known about that sooner. Thanks Charles! I'm away until Monday, probably too late for that. I might try it anyways. Good luck all!
