Oops, i meant NOT received a confirmation email.

Thanks for the update, Rabid. Sending from my in-laws', so ever so slightly worried it didn't go through right.

I think these chest-thumping posts should be able to serve as a receipt of submission, at least for us non-underhanded folk (though I think it's a pretty respectable field, so that's just a little of my ass-hattery coming out)

It just started raining like a motherfucker here.
As noted earlier, trying to defend your challenge on the boards only works against you. But, since it's raining like a motherfucker there, we'll let it slide.

I'm bringing the swing.
If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

Okay folks...

Do not stay up waiting for me to post the songs. I just finished 5 hours on the road and I am dead tired. I will be posting the songs before I go to work, that's before 8AM Eastern. Does this mean you have a time extension? No. So don't be that person who gets eliminated by missing a deadline.

i will say that there is no possible way that ANY chorus could conceivably be found in my entry. So I can take that to sleep tonight. I am going to walk away now.....

I sent mine a few hours ago, around 6:30. Yeah, I know what you are thinking! *points at the one(s) snickering* 8)

Oh, and my lyrics are posted. If you read them and think they suck, it's because they are really deep and I'm way ahead of myself and they won't be awesome for about 20 years when society catches up to my depth. Come 20 years, BLAMO.......right in the pooper!

You rhymed "rattle my cage" with "battle my rage"; that's gotta be worth something!

Wait, how does one "catch up to" a "depth"? I would have thought one "sinks to" a depth. Though I suppose "these lyrics will be [more] awesome in 20 years when society sinks to my depth!" has less of a ring to it... :-)
