I am mortally wounded that you failed to pick up on the subtle nuances of the song. The whole song is a highly metaphorical treatment of the second uprising of the vampire clans in 1874, during which my great-great-grandfather perished. I was trying to revivify the desperation turned fatalistic resolve that ultimately enabled his heroic sacrifice, but apparently my Eastern European accent still needs a bit of work if it can still be mistaken for a Generic European accent. However, that does not excuse your lack of attention to the deeper meaning. I shall add you to my list of naughty children.

@jast
'naughty child' is a compliment. 'troll' would hurt my very sensitive feelings

I think if I were to start a Song Fight band... I'd make BLT the songwriter and glennny the lead guitarist. Of course, they'd never agree to such an abomination, and even if they did, we'd break up after a week when I tune BLT's vocals and cut out half of glennny's solos.
Wow! thanks man! That would be a killer band! I could easily agree to such an abomination. "Such an Abomination" is not a bad band name either. Maybe "Abomination So Started" so we could be (ASS)
I liked your remix of the song a lot! Not sure I liked it better than the BLT, but it was equally awesome, bringing out somethings better, and losing some of the previous versions charms in other spots.

If you only cut 50% of my solos, that might be a higher yield then I get from Ken (BSS) or Melvin (WSA).

In any case Manhattan G, I'll be happy to throw down a solo for you anytime you want. And you can always slice it and dice it as you see fit.

Maybe we should drop ass and go with another name.
If I had a dollar for every one of my songs j$ has called a 90s pastiche, I'd have $1 for every song I've written.

The Bloody Pukes. And I'll sing with a trashy British accent and we'll mix down with a fuzz box on the master. Our first song will be "Would You Loyk A Spo'uh Tea" and our second song will be "Bloody'ell"

...just to piss off Caravan Ray. :lol:

Here's a new mix of Hoglen & Wages' track. Here's a link:

The instruments are the same, just changed the levels a bit based on the reviews. I think it does have a little more kick to it now, but LMK what ya think.

frolicking swamp sparklies, great song! my only suggestion would be, dont rely so heavily on the vocal effect through the whole song. you have a nice voice. in the softer parts turning the effect down or off would have been nice and stripped down.
