My track is done and submitted. Featuring the return of Paul Gallello on drums! Last time he recorded with me was 2007's "Heart of a Lion" from the final round of Nur Ein II. (We don't talk about Nur Ein II.) Also features the world premiere of the Slave Labor Choir! Child advocate groups take note.

It has been said that architect Walter Burley Griffin and his wife Marion were involved with occult groups and that the geometric lay out of Canberra has some sort of mystical signifigance. Though I suspect this is just a silly rumour started in a desperate attempt to find something interesting about the place.

BYD is in.
I'm not sure how everyone turned theirs into a pseudo-sexual diatribe, but we joined the fray.

Re: Nur Ein VII: Round One
This week has been less than optimal for me getting this completed well.
Something will be submitted by the deadline.
While I would wish no others poorly, with any luck three acts will miss the deadline.

Heh @Ross. Yeah, this challenge sure brought out the surreal... note to self: NEVER do a round with the instrument bed again. And definitely not for 5/6ths of the song.

Re: Nur Ein VII: Round One
Hey folks,
A couple of things:
1- sorry that I haven't gotten out my reviews. I've been writing them at work this week and saving them on a flash drive. And I keep forgetting to bring that drive home. Maybe I'll do something special tomorrow to make up for it.
2- I won't be posting up the songs until the morning (around 7:30 Eastern).
3- Over at the Lyric Mart tomorrow, I'm gonna put up some lyrics for "Fat Man".

I'm calm now. It's sent twice. Once as a forward. I'm going to go drink now. Flarg.
Oh, I'm just going to quit talking about it now, and move along. I'm like crazy right now.

It couldn't hurt. You are probably not psycho like me and are being all calm, but it can never hurt either way to be sure.bgm wrote:Hmm...my email was acting really weird and took forever to send.RangerDenni wrote:MY STUPID EMAIL is telling me that my file did not send but the gmail says that it DID and I can't get the receipt yet.

Re: Nur Ein VII: Round One
Since it's ten, and I haven't yet received a confirmation, it's probably prudent to mention on the boards that I did send it. (Though not long ago.)

You probably could have squeezed in another 45-60 seconds of EQ-ing or something, if you were really dedicated.
