I personally think guitar rig stuff is great! But I have no experience with guitar rig hardware. That's a whole different ball of wax. *fingers crossed*

For some reason I'm really drooling over this beautiful natural burst Gibson SG with MinETune robotic tuning system, for only $900!

Somebody else buy one so I don't have to...

Re: Your guitar tone sucks! (guitar tone/gear talk)
If anybody here is seriously looking for an affordable high quality electric guitar, you really should check this out:
http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/LPJT2CH-13/
It's an actual USA made Gibson Les Paul, with real wood (mahogany and maple body, maple neck, rosewood fretboard), and seemingly decent hardware, for $489!!!!. The neck is glued on, but, otherwise I have yet to find any cost cutting measures that would severely lower the quality of the guitar. This seems like a really amazing, even hard to believe value. I'm still trying to figure out what the catch is. The guitar sounds great in the demo video on that page running through some nice amps (a Fender Deluxe reissue, a Vox AC30, a Marshall half stack).
This is a clearance/blowout deal, so it may only be a very short term offer.
There are also similarly spec'ed SGs, called "SGJ"s, which are even cheaper, at $429!

Dang, that SG is gone, now it's back to $1040 for one without the robot tuner system.

I think they're brand new. I think it was part of some kind of 2013 model clearance, all stock must go kind of thing.
