In, shockingly. Hammered out a GnG tune on the 424 in about an hour.

It's looking like a small fight. I only see six entries so far. Get yer songs in soon, I'd like to get the site updated not too long after the deadline this time around.

If past experience is any indicator, the fact that you got the automated confirmation email does not mean your submission didn't disappear into the void, fyi.
That being said, I see the ones for Paco and the panna cotta army. We're up to nine entries now that I see.

Sloppy joe Jane late again but actually put a bit more care into the songwriting this time and didn't have to record it at an airport.
It was a motel. (Cue sirens)
Everything is about perspective.

My first entry has been sent! No one outside my household has ever heard my singing voice before, I'm even more frightfully off-key than I would have imagined, and I have no idea how to record vocals. Other than that it should sound okay. Maybe.

Did the Dirge submission make it? Would hate for you people not to suffer the wrath of my entry.
Interesting to see the different interpretations of pitchfork in the lyric archive.

Did a little bit of lyric work - but a busy week meant I never got his finished - hopefully be in the next one again. It is fun to be back.

Thanks, looking forward to hearing your entry as well. I wondered if someone else would go in that direction!
