Songland = the place you give your songs away

I posted this on facebook and just realized that I'm not friends with (m)any of the cool kids 'round here. Apparently if you submit a song to the new t.v. show "songland" you lose all rights to it (and this is the even more ludicrous than usual part) even if they don't use it in the show.

I'd never heard of this, and now I'm annoyed that it exists, and I also look forward to being sued for Songlander.com

Oh, gross. I was vaguely curious about submitting to this show but now it's no way from me.

Either they made a mistake and "fixed" it or they got called out and realized their error. (I actually think their law dept was overzealous and it was never their intention, but who knows?)
