I missed the article titled "Black Clothes Threaten Nation, Cops Save Day".

When talking about "blowing up presidents" type crimes (and not "I'm proud to be on beating on my babymomma while on Cops" type crimes), there really is no certain way that a "threatening" person looks. The fact that he doesn't look like he's doing anything in one grainy still picture neither proves him guilty nor proves him innocent. The fact that information is not reported in two articles on the internet doesn't mean that nobody had information which they used to determine that the guy was possibly dangerous.
