A Great Big Pile of SHITE! Happy Hxaro Jack!

Post by Mr. McHxaro »

Well everyone, the time has come to give the gift of Hxaro once again.

ATTENTION JACK SHITE!!!

You are one cool-ass dude. In my time here on the boards, you've shown yourself to be a real community-minded guy. Quick with supportive words, or even the occasional kick in the pants for those slow to review, your aim seems to be always to keep it real, and keep it good 'round here. People I know who know you say you are in person the same as I've come to know you on the boards- a cool, easygoing guy who loves music. It's evident from your sizeable catalogue that you really dig this place. I figure it's time for this place to give a little back...

So feast your ears on these renditions of your tunes. I know there were a few people who are sad because they weren't able to contribute due to other comittments. And I suspect there are a few stragglers who still aren't done. But a huge thank you goes to those who did find the time, it's really really cool that you did!

Mine is up, I PM'd the FM: http://www.c-hack.com/mp3/the-one_jack.mp3

I'd like to add that I was listening to Shite's cover of Emmylou Harris's "Waltz You Across Texas Tonight," with my woman, and she -- knowing little to nothing of songfight -- agreed that it's much better than Emmylou's, and even requested to hear it again after we finished.

Awww Man! I would have loved to have been part of this, if I had known!

You deserve it, Jack!

Well, I guess I already did do a Brody cover at one point. Maybe I will make another one when my voice is not shot to hell.

ROCK!
