I will definitely have to check this out. I love a glass of dry sherry, though apparently this is unfashionable according to the people who decide these things. La Gitana is my favorite.

Also have to find Creemore, thanks.

My love goes to the Vodka Gimlet, when prepared with Grey Goose vodka.

I really wish I had cheaper tastes...

McNeil's from Brattleboro, VT - awesome micobrew. They have a tasty Duck's Breath Bitter

Ginger Gin martinis, wherever they're smart enough to offer, are a favorite after-work pick-me-up

DRINKING THREAD. Why wasn't I notified? And where is Spud?

Beers, in order: Grolsch, Spaten (not the weird alterna-world Spatens, the regular green-bottle one), Negro Modelo/Pacifico/Corona with lime (but never without), Fosters if I'm feelin trashy

Wines, in order: Stag's Leap merlots, Beringer Chard. For cheapos, Safeway carries Smoking Loon merlot, which is hella nice @ $5/bottle.

Tequilas: Patron Anejo, Don Alejandro Anejo, Cabritos/1800 for drinkin' from the bottle Do not buy Souza, it tastes like diesel.

Scotch: Speyburn is a decently priced, readily available, good-tasting single malt

Rums: These days, I just go right for the Bacardi 151. Why fuck around?

Vodkas: For straight drinking, Belvedere. For mixing, the hard-to-find Blue Label Smirnoff.

DRINK RECIPES:

Maragarita:
1 pint glass
Tequila
Ice

Mix. Drink.

Kamakazi:
Vodka
1/4 lime
Ice

Fill glass with ice. Fill to top with vodka. Lick lime.

Screwdriver:
OJ
Aspirin
Ice
Vodka

Put OJ in the fridge. Drink the vodka. Wake up the next morning, and put some ice in with the OJ. Take the aspirin and then drink the OJ.

If only I could apply this line of thinking to all other areas of my life, keep it simple.

Scotch / Rocks / Enjoy.

For me it's Glenlivet.

Beer wise, I've really come to enjoy whatever my sax player has freshly restocked the fridge with before practice. Free beer always tastes better.

My friend Jack, also known as Dr. Daniels.

Gin & Tonics are perfectly refreshing on a patio during a hot summer day.

Rum & Coke provides sugar and caffeine along with it's alcoholic effects which proves to keep one partying all night long.

Sea Breeze when you are feeling light and fruity. *WINK*

Yes, but there should be a warning on this one. 151 caused me to meet my last girlfriend.

Tequila, for those special occasions where you really just wanna let loose and get wild. NOTE: drink PLENTY OF WATER. Tequila will dehydrate you quickly and you WILL have the WORST hangover you EVER had.
